Course: High Voltage Battery Pack for Electric Sedans

Prerequisites: None
Participants will gain knowledge in the following areas:
Cell selection and use of various types of batteries in electric sedans, designing voltage and current
Types of charging, including Type-2 and DC CCS-2
Tools and equipment used in the assembly of battery packs, measurement devices, and selection of Battery Management Systems (BMS)
Software applications for battery quality measurement
Practical experience in disassembling and assembling the battery pack of a Toyota Prius hybrid sedan with 380V100Ah, and testing it in a real vehicle
Understanding of service procedures for high voltage battery replacement
Class Size: 15 participants
Preparation for the course: Wear insulated shoes or safety shoes rated for 1000V.
Suitable for: Car mechanics, garage owners, enthusiasts, students, and anyone interested in applying this knowledge in their profession.
Location: Dako Electric Car Workshop, 61 Soi Bangphrom 41, Bangphrom, Taling Chan, Bangkok 10170. Located behind PAKISTAN EXPOCENTER, opposite the PTT petrol station when coming from Ratchaphruek Road, turn into Bangphrom 41 on the left-hand side.

Instructor: Dr. Songwut Kraisanin, a former lecturer at a Norwegian government-funded university, along with a team of experienced EV technicians who design, build, repair, and assemble electric vehicles every day.
Class Schedule: 2 days, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
