Bicycle Builder and Assembly Technician Course - Mountain Bike and E-Bike, 5 Days, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
If you have a passion for bicycles, especially mountain bikes and electric bikes, this course is for you.
Course Details:
- Designing and building JIG for bicycle frames, selecting materials such as steel and aluminum tubes, and practicing cutting and bending tubes. Hands-on experience in metalwork, welding using MIG and TIG methods. Each participant will work on assembling a bike, and teamwork with 2-3 people will make the process faster and more enjoyable.
- Techniques for using various tools for bending tubes, tire fitting, chain cutting, and small part assembly using different workshop tools.
- Creating front suspension components and small parts, utilizing various workshop tools.
- Spray painting techniques and bike assembly techniques, including recommendations for stores selling bicycle parts and materials.
- Lastly, modifying bikes to incorporate motors and batteries, converting them into electric bikes, and learning repair techniques.
Participants: 3-5 people

Preparation for the Course: Wear safety shoes or protective footwear.
Suitable for: E-bike shop owners, bicycle mechanics, enthusiasts, hobbyists, students, or anyone interested in making and selling bicycles.
The Dako Bike Shop team, engaged in daily design, construction, repairs, and assembly, will provide a certificate to participants upon completion of the course.
Class Schedule: Saturdays to Sundays. Course Fee: THB 5,885 (VAT included) for a group. If taking the course individually, the fee is THB 10,700 (VAT included), and you can choose your own study days within 5-8 days.
