The "Electric Car Repair Basic Course with NETA-V Model" is a three-day program scheduled from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
What you will gain:
- Understanding of the electric vehicle system, including motor, battery, inverter, and electrical components of modern electric cars.
- Basic repair knowledge, troubleshooting causes of malfunctions, interpreting Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC), and replacing components such as battery, motor, inverter, brake pads, gear oil, and air filter. Also, basic air conditioning system repair.
- Tuning the inverter box using computer software to enhance vehicle performance.
- Principles of providing service, checking intervals, and identifying parts that need replacement, especially focusing on repair services.
- User manuals for operation, inspection, maintenance, checking intervals, and procedures for replacement, disassembly, and assembly of components like air filter, gear oil, and radiator fluid.
- Hands-on experience with the NETA-V model, understanding the location of various components within the vehicle.
- Introduction to the Dako professional team, experienced in electric vehicle design, repair, and manufacturing in various formats.
Course Details:
- Day 1: Theoretical introduction to electric vehicles, NETA-V model components, and explanation of system operations. Also, an overview of other electric car models such as MG EP, ORA GOODCAT, and TESLA MODEL 3.
- Day 2: Focus on safety practices, service principles, checking intervals, and the replacement of parts based on mileage.
- Day 3: Practical application, checking the electrical system with tools like multi-meters, OBD Scan Tool, battery degradation measurement tools, oscilloscope, computer software, and various apps used for diagnostics.
Note: This course provides information on the location of various components and parts within the vehicle using visual aids. No disassembly of any equipment is done due to the high cost and newness of the electric vehicle.
Class size limited to 15 students.
Preparation for the course: Wear high-voltage insulated electrician's gloves or safety shoes, and avoid wearing metal accessories such as rings, watches, bracelets, or metal necklaces.
This course is suitable for car shop owners, service center technicians, auto mechanics, students, and enthusiasts looking to pursue a career in electric vehicle repair.
Conducted by Dr. Songwut Krasaein, a former Norwegian government scholarship student and university lecturer, along with the Dako professional team experienced in daily electric vehicle design, repair, and assembly. Students will receive a certificate from the company.
Course schedule: Fridays to Sundays, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
