Course: Tuning Electric Motorcycle Controllers with Computers for Increased Power
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Prerequisites: Participants must have completed the basic Dako mechanic training, including battery pack training.
What Participants Will Gain:
- Understanding of the theory behind tuning controllers to increase motorcycle power.
- Familiarity with various tuning methods.
- Knowledge of tuning software such as VOTOL and others.
- Circuit setup guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with the Dako mechanic team, consulting with experienced professionals who have successfully designed, registered, and assembled electric vehicles.
Details:
Morning - Theoretical session demonstrating software usage on a computer-connected controller.
Afternoon - Practical session involving lifting motorcycles, conducting Dyno Tests on three different models, real-load testing for system optimization, and teaching graph reading.
Participants: 15 people
Preparation: Bring a laptop and wear closed-toe shoes or safety shoes.
This course is suitable for those anticipating the future shift towards low-carbon fuel and is ideal for electric scooter retailers, motorcycle mechanics, enthusiasts, and students looking to pursue a career in this field.
Instructed by Dr. Songwut, an experienced professional and former university lecturer, along with a team of mechanics with hands-on experience in designing, repairing, and assembling electric vehicles on a daily basis. Participants will receive a certificate from the company.
