Electronics Technician: PCB Board Creation" 5 Days, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
A short-term course focused on practical applications, covering basic electronics, various components, tool usage, troubleshooting, repairing, and creating PCB boards. Upon completion, participants will be equipped to repair and build basic electronic circuits and apply their skills to troubleshoot and repair inverter boards in various electrical appliances such as air conditioners, washing machines, solar panels, electric scooters, and frequently faulty ECU boxes in cars, paving the way for further advanced studies.
Day 1: Introduction to basic circuits and electronic components - diodes, resistors, transformers, semi-conductors, relays, diac, triac, SCR, auto, transistors, ICs, and practical circuit building on a breadboard.
Day 2: Explanation of electronic components on computer motherboards, checking conditions (good or faulty), use of measuring tools, multimeter, oscilloscope, signal generators, and basic troubleshooting and repair of various electronic boards.
Day 3: Utilizing EasyEDA or Circuit Wizard software to design and practically create electronic circuits and PCB boards, including personal computer components.
Days 4-5: Practical sessions on creating basic electronic circuits, printing PCB boards, developing circuit board patterns, soldering techniques, and hands-on repair of various electronic boards, switching, and inverters in electrical appliances, and ECU boards in cars.
Participants: Limited to 5 individuals, each receiving a free course manual.
Preparation for Class: Wear insulated footwear and bring a multimeter.
