IOT Electronic Board Repair and Construction Course, ECU and Inverter Repair, 5 Days, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
A short-term course emphasizing hands-on experience, covering basic electronics, various components, tool usage, troubleshooting, and the construction of PCB boards. Upon completion, participants will be capable of repairing and constructing basic electronic circuits, and applying these skills to repair inverter boards in various electrical appliances such as air conditioners, washing machines, solar panels, and electric motorcycles, as well as ECU boxes in cars.
Day 1: Introduction to basic circuits and electronic components - diodes, resistors, transformers, semi-conductors, relays, diac, triac, SCR, auto, transistors, ICs, and practical circuit building on a breadboard. Use of measuring tools, multimeter, oscilloscope, signal generators, and troubleshooting of various electronic devices.
Day 2: Use of measuring tools - multimeter, oscilloscope, signal generators, and troubleshooting of various electronic devices.
Day 3: Practical troubleshooting and repair of various electronic boards.
Day 4: Use of EasyEDA or Circuit Wizard software for designing and creating electronic circuits and PCB boards.
Day 5: Practical construction of electronic circuit boards, basic PCB printing techniques, and advanced circuit board soldering techniques. Days 6-8: Practical repair of electronic boards, servicing, and troubleshooting of various electronic circuits, and repairing ECU boxes in cars.
Participants: 5-10 individuals, each receiving a free course manual.
Preparation for Class: Wear insulated footwear and bring a multimeter.
