In industrial factories, various machinery relies on motors, such as conveyor belt systems, automated machines, and numerous water pumps, air conditioning systems, and lifts in high-rise buildings. This course provides knowledge for electricians to design and install motor control cabinets, suitable for those interested in pursuing a profession in this field.
Course Details:
Day 1: Theory of electrical systems, practical use of various types of multimeters, checking electrical equipment conditions, fuses, magnetic contactors, brakes, overload protection, and motor control circuits.
Day 2: Practical work on single-phase motor control cabinets, various types with timers.
Day 3: Practical work on three-phase motor control cabinets, various types.
Day 4: Practical work on Delta and Star motor control circuit.
Day 5: Practical work on organizing control cabinet wiring neatly, introduction to CADeSIMU circuit design software, and an overview of IoT control systems for remote mobile activation.
Participants: 5 people
Materials required for class: Bring a laptop on Day 5.
