Solar Cell Installation Technician Course, 5 Days
What Participants Will Learn:
- Familiarity with various types of solar panels, the choice between Mono and Poly, and others.
- Understanding different circuit configurations, such as On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid, and the selection of various battery types.
- Knowledge of calculating the number of panels needed for the load and energy calculation.
- Practical installation on a testing station, installing panels on roofs, connecting breaker boxes.
- Hands-on experience installing Microgrid systems, inverters, and Rapid Shutdown systems.
- Practical installation of ground wire systems for lightning protection.
- Installation of OFF-GRID battery systems for small houses or garden sheds.
- Learning drilling techniques for switchboard boards and proper use of tools.
- Actual installation of solar cells, involving everyone at every table.
- Installation of L-Feet on roofs, metal sheets, CPAC, and dual rails.
- Installation of On-Grid power systems.
Course Outline:
Day 1 - Theoretical calculation and design of systems, load and power calculations, panel and battery type selection, surge protection devices, cable calculations, breakeven point calculations, using PVSyst software for system design.
Day 2 - Explanation of inverters, selection of various equipment, selection of breakers, selection of wires, relevant laws, and Rapid Shutdown.
Day 3 - Hands-on experience in wiring, connecting inverters, and installing electrical breaker systems for On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid residential power systems, following installation standards.
Day 4-5 - Practical installation of solar systems, including panel installation, wiring, inverter connection, grounding, system testing, performance measurement, troubleshooting solar panels, inverter repairs, battery restoration, measuring solar panel efficiency, and repairing non-charging solar cells. Practice on the construction of a solar air conditioner circuit.
Class Size: 10-15 students
Student Preparation: Wear safety shoes, bring a multimeter.
