Tianneng TNE12-100 (12V - 100Ah) is a maintenance-free dry battery that doesn't require refilling water or acid during usage. This battery, made from glass mat (absorbent glass mat - AGM) fibers inside, can be utilized in various applications such as golf carts, electric tour vehicles, three-wheeled electric vehicles, electric tour buses, low-speed electric vehicles, forklifts, floor scrubbers, electric carts, jet skis, grass cutters, and more.
Advantages of the Tianneng TNE12-100 (12V-100Ah) battery include increased capacity, improved material utilization rates, and enhanced internal space utilization, resulting in a capacity increase of 5% to 10% compared to similar products in the market. Additionally, it boasts high performance at low temperatures due to the use of additional conductive materials and high-performance oxygen-recombination compounds in its construction. The new structure for the grid plate significantly reduces the battery's internal resistance, enabling it to work efficiently even under heavy current loads. It also exhibits quick recovery capabilities even after deep discharges.
When using the Tianneng TNE12-100 battery, it's recommended to consider replacing it when observing the following signs: loss of electrolyte, sulfation (water marks and fungus on the upper part of the battery), swelling or bulging on the sides of the battery, color change of indicator strips to red or white, dim or weak lights when the gasoline/diesel engine isn't running, electronic equipment malfunction or weakness, strong acid smell from the engine compartment, difficulty starting the vehicle even after a recent drive, and electrical voltage reported on the warning signal device below 12.5V.
